Rezi's reviews sketch a consistent picture. Users like the minimal, ATS-safe templates and the guided writing experience. The repeated complaints: customer support that goes quiet (the sharpest reviews involve paid expert reviews that never arrived), generic AI outputthat needs heavy editing, and the free tier's 3-PDF download cap, which surprises people mid-application. ResumeGenius's tester also found the score could reward cosmetic edits over real improvements.
